WHAT IS WINE JELLY?
It is exactly how it sounds. The base to our jelly is wine. We start with a bottle of wine then go from there.WHAT IS THE ALCOHOL CONTENT? Although we do use wine and/or spirts in our products the alcohol is cooked out during the processing
DO YOU MAKE IT YOURSELF? Yes, after securing a certified kitchen and the licensing required, we make every batch.
WHERE DID YOU GET SOME OF THESE RECIPES? All of our products are our own recipes. We have spent many hours developing some of these fun and exciting flavors.
MY JELLY HAS TURNED TO LIQUID? Actually, it has not. If you look closely you will see the jelly keeps it's shape when it peels away from the glass. How it looks in the jar is very deceiving. Open the jar and tip it upside down and only a drop or two of liquid will come out.
WHAT DO I USE THIS ON? We have supplied you with a serving suggestions and recipes page. The jellies are all amazing to cook with, saute', glaze meats or on a PB&J sandwich. Barbeque sauce will work wonders on any meats, chicken, ribs, tri-tip, steaks, shrimp. Many of these recipes are from our customers so check it out and have some fun.
