Jalapeno Tequila, Red Pepper Cabernet or Blackberry Merlot on cream cheese and crackers, a favorite appetizer
Heat equal parts Cabernet or Merlot jelly with Dijon mustard, add little smokies and heat. Put in crock pot and serve with toothpicks. This has been a family favorite of ours for years
Layer a flour tortilla with cream cheese and jelly, (jalapeno tequila or red pepper works great) roll, secure with toothpicks and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Remove and slice for beautiful, flavorful pinwheels
Top brie or edam cheese with the wine jelly of your choice, wrap in crescent rolls and bake.
Wing sauce, cook wings as usual. Heat Strawberry Jalapeno, Red Pepper Peach Chardonnay, or Raspberry Cabernet with some added crushed peppers. Add hot, cooked wings to the sauce and stir to coat.
Add Jalapeno Tequila to sour cream for an amazing sauce on asparagus, baked potato, salmon steaks
Use Peach Chardonnay to glaze baby carrots, or add to the rice steamer.
Add Raspberry White Grenache and olive oil to your stir fry.
Add Jalapeno Tequila to your corn muffins. Fill muffin cups half way, add a little jelly, finish filling cups and bake.
Use Red Pepper Cabernet as a glaze on pork roast. Just heat the jelly to use as a glaze
To glaze a chicken breast on the grill, just heat jelly to liquify and baste the chicken during the last 10 minutes
STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST
Flatten chicken breast, Layer with cream cheese and Jalapeno Tequila. Roll and secure with toothpicks. Wrap with bacon if desired. Bake at 350 degrees.
EASY SALMON BURGERS WITH SAUCE
2 hamburger buns, toasted
1 can (7-1/2 oz.) salmon (drained)
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
3 Tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1 egg white
1 jar Red Pepper Peach Chardonnay (heated) OR
Vintage Vine barbeque sauce
In bowl, mix together salmon, bread crumbs, onion, green pepper and egg white. blend in 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce or heated red pepper peach chardonnay sauce. divide salmon mixture into 2 patties, 1/2- to 3/4- inches thick. place patties on well-oiled grill, 4 to 6 inches from hot coals. grill, turning 2 to 3 times and basting with sauce, until burgers are browned and cooked through. or place patties on lightly greased baking sheet. broil 4 to 6 inches from heat source, turning 2 to 3 times and basting with sauce, until cooked through. Place on hamburger buns and serve with sauce.

On graham crackers and cream cheese for a little mini cheesecake bite.
In thumprint cookies, stuffed cupcakes, on bundt cake.
BARBEQUE SAUCES AND MUSTARDS
Use our mustards as you would any mustard including, sandwiches, hot dogs, brauts. I use them a lot in pasta salad, tuna salad, potato salad. It adds a great flavor and cuts the calories.
Our barbeque sauces are amazing and can be used as you would any barbeque sauces. On chicken, ribs, tri-tip, in meatloaf on salad or as a dipping sauce. Be daring and have fun. I use our Carolina Bourbon BBQ on sandwiches, brauts and as a salad dressing.
